「戒了么」App 由独立开发者发布。本隐私政策说明本 App 收集哪些信息、如何使用及您的权利。
• 习惯记录、打卡历史、存款目标 — 仅存储在您的设备本地。 • 头像照片（可选）— 仅存储在本地。 • Apple Health 数据（睡眠、步数）— 仅在您明确授权后读取，不传输至任何服务器。 • 通知 — 仅用于提醒打卡，不收集任何个人数据。
• 无服务器、无账号系统、不使用任何分析工具。 • 不收集您的姓名、邮箱、位置或任何标识符。 • 不使用广告 SDK 或第三方追踪。 • 不接触任何支付数据 — 所有内购由 Apple 处理。
本 App 可能申请访问 Apple HealthKit（睡眠和步数），仅用于自动完成「早睡」习惯打卡。数据在本地处理，不上传或共享。您可随时在「iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 健康」中撤销授权。
所有数据存储在您的设备上。卸载本 App 即可删除所有数据。HealthKit 数据保留在「健康」App 中，可在其中管理。
由于没有个人数据传输至我们的服务器，我们不作为 GDPR 意义上的数据控制者。您的数据完全在您自己的设备上。
本 App 不向任何服务器上传个人信息。习惯记录、打卡数据、健康数据均仅存储在设备本地。如需删除所有数据，请卸载本 App。
我们不出售个人信息，不与第三方共享个人信息用于跨场景行为广告。
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不有意收集儿童个人信息。
我们可能更新本政策。变更在发布时生效，继续使用本 App 即视为接受。

Quitly ("App", "we", "us") is published by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
• Habit records, check-in history, savings goals — stored locally on your device only. • Profile photo (optional) — stored locally only. • Apple Health data (sleep, steps) — read only when you explicitly grant permission; never transmitted to any server. • Notifications — used only to remind you to check in; no personal data is collected.
• We have no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. • We do not collect your name, email, location, or any identifier. • We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party tracking. • We do not receive any payment data — all purchases are processed by Apple.
The App may request access to Apple HealthKit (sleep and step data), used solely to auto-complete your "sleep early" habit check-in. Health data is processed locally and never uploaded or shared. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health.
All data is stored on your device. To delete all data, simply uninstall the App. HealthKit data remains in the Health app and can be managed there.
As no personal data is transmitted to our servers, we do not act as a data controller in the GDPR sense. Your data remains entirely under your control on your device.
The App does not upload any personal information to any server. All data is stored only locally on your device.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.

By using Quitly, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
• Premium features are available via a one-time purchase. • All transactions are processed by Apple. • We do not access any payment data.

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
